  • BlackRock IBIT Pushes Bitcoin Into Top Ten U.S. ETFs: As highlighted in recent analysis by Tagus <> Bytes: Apr. 24, 2026), Bitcoin ETFs extended April’s momentum with a nine-day $2.1bn net inflow streak, surpassing March’s run and extending the previously noted eight-day streak, coinciding with a BTC price rebound, with 75% of flows concentrated in iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT). This has now pushed IBIT into the top ten in all U.S. asset ETF weekly inflows (i.e., ninth), with five-day flows reaching $733mn, reinforcing a broader risk-on environment and a structural broadening of investor demand, where digital assets are increasingly embedded alongside core equity allocations rather than treated as a fringe trade. At the same time, strong weekly inflows into benchmark funds led by Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) (ranked 1st) and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) (2nd), alongside growth-oriented vehicles such as ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) (top 5), underscore the wider equity risk-on appetite, while IBIT’s sustained accumulation, exceeding $65bn since launch, points to a more durable institutional shift toward the institutionalisation of Bitcoin exposure via regulated wrappers, with implications extending beyond risk-on positioning into diversification dynamics and portfolio construction.
